I'm Baaaaaaaaaaaack!!

Here are some things you've missed in the past 10 months...

Austyn's first haircut

Austyn's first birthday!! I'll do a separate post for this one.
Austyn's first trip to the beach for Uncle Nate and Aunt Betsy's wedding.

Spencer's Graduation from Navy Bootcamp

Beckett Rollins Avra 21 weeks

Well, well, only took 10 months for me to update the blog. Bad Mommy! I've been put on bed rest for the time being, so I have some extra time. Extra time, you say, what's that?! Yeah precisely why I haven't been updating the blog lately. I have been super busy chasing around Austyn, who is almost 21 months old, working like crazy, and baking this baby boy. There is way too much to post about what has taken place in the last several months, so I will start fresh.

I'm 25 weeks and 6 days pregnant with our son, Beckett Rollins. He's due to make his world premier April 18, 2012, just 3 days after his big sister turns 2!! He's been causing quite the commotion the past few days. Friday around 9pm I started having contractions, and they got to be between 2-3 minutes apart, so I went to the Labor & Delivery ER. After a couple bags of fluids, a steroid shot, pain meds, and another shot, the contractions stopped. I was there for about 5 hours, and it was the scariest 5 hours of my life. They wanted me to come back in the next night for a second steroid shot to boost Beck's lung development. Well around 9pm Saturday I started having contractions again. They stopped on their own, and I was released after about an hour. I've still been having a couple of contractions an hour since then, but I finally got to see my OB today, and he said cervix is still long and closed, praise the LORD! Since I'm still having contractions, I need to be on bed rest, though. OMG bed rest with an almost 2 year old?!?! Yeah ok. Let's just say, it's extremely hard, and it's only been 3 days. All prayers and thoughts are very much appreciated.
